Mobile Dust Extractors

Capturing dust at source is our speciality, but our vacuums are also highly effective for general cleaning, making them indispensable in all sorts of applications.

Whatever material, dust, chips or fumes you would like to remove or transport from or within the workplace, we have the solutions, even in dangerous environments, such as Atex zones. With such a wide range available we have developed a diverse customer base, including clients from construction, heavy industry, aerospace and transport as well as the food industry, to name a few.

Dustcontrol supplies industrial mobile dust extractors and air cleaners, on-tool suction casings, stand-alone separators and cleaning accessories. This helps companies worldwide achieve cleaner and more efficient production, in addition to improved product quality.

All of our mobile vacuums and air cleaners are delivered as standard with Hepa H13 filtration and built to Application Class H for hazardous dusts and the most demanding environments. Our vacuums all feature cyclone based separation and are fitted with pleated cartridge filters to provide high and consistent performance in the most energy efficient way. Reverse pulse filter cleaning also means filters can be kept clean without the need for removing them in the workplace. All machines are designed to be as ergonomic as possible, so they are easy to handle, move around and transport, as well as being simple to maintain.

3-Phase Dust Extractors

Three-phase machines

Our three-phase dust extractors are used for heavy materials where high pressure is required. The vacuum producer is a turbo pump, directly driven by a three-phase motor. Our dependable turbo machines have minimal service requirements and a long life. The characteristic performance of the turbo pump is well suited for heavy cleaning and material transport. The turbo motor generates more vacuum when the resistance increases.

Air cleaners

DC AirCube – cleans the air and creates negative pressure in the room if needed
Limit values for hazardous particles in the air are constantly exceeded, resulting in a hazardous working environment. By circulating the air through a HEPA filter, class H13, at least 99.95% of particles between 0.15-0.3 µm are separated. The particle size has been chosen because it is most difficult to separate – both larger and smaller particles are easier to separate. Each filter has an individual test protocol. To relieve the HEPA filter, DC AirCube is also equipped with a simpler pre-filter (class G3) to capture larger particles.Particles with diameters between 0.1-3 µm are the most critical for the lungs. A large part of these will be stored in the lungs if inhaled. Quartz, Asbestos, PCBs and Cobalt are examples of hazardous and carcinogenic substances with very small dust particles that stay suspended in the air in many workplaces. Air purifiers with HEPA H13 filters also separate viruses, bacteria and pollen particles.

The DC AirCube can also be used to create negative pressure in a room.

Covid-19 Virus, European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control:
”In buildings where windows do not open and the ventilation system functions in a closed circuit, High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration should be used for the recycled air. Other options may include, after expert engineering advice: placing temporary HEPA filters over the vents and exhausts in the rooms housing COVID-19 patients or using a portable HEPA air filtration system placed in close proximity to where the patient was located.” (ECDC Technical Report March 2020)
